SONIC tip pressure washing sales

Hmm, maybe I should start hitting up the sonics now, since you dumped them...

Were back, only doing a few higher volume stores.

believe it or not they have a guy doing the phx locations.

The ceo for phx had some legal issues, they are thru that now.

If you want the new guys number let me know.

I'm not interested at this time.

So you guys knwo they had trouble months back, poor managment with money.

I'm walking into this one slowly.

The east vally ones and juction are good, just the phx ones contractor be careful.

The one by my house has black tinted concrete coming out the side door, or, is that grease??? There is another one that is a little further up and it is pretty filthy, too. I have seen at least 6 different contractors at that one since it opened about 7 years ago. My favorite was the guy cleaning in the afternoon rush with an electric karcher, his wife on a deck brush, and using Tide on the concrete. I think he was experienced.

anyone do the awnings? I've got one coming up, I suppose it will come clean pretty easy? Any suggestions, definately wont need a lift.

They had us come thru there once on 2 of their locations. We did all the concrete and it wound up being a one time cleaning. They said they were going to keep it up themselves.

Sonic built a few around here in last few years, they all have built in pw's... they are actual hook ups that come out of the side of the building. Saw them using it once they were using some purple degreaser and letting it all go down the drain.

Just dont know how but the FLDEP was INSTANTLY notified and I think they got a $$ fine.

Guess they should have just taken the estimate that a local pressure washer gave them just 2 weeks before this incident. If I remeber correctly that local pressure washer was going to reclaim the water and do it the correct way. hhmmmmmm go figure.:haha::haha:

I was asked to give a bid on 13 of them, while at the same time they told me they would be willing to pay $50.00 each, I told the guy I wasn't even gonna waste the ink to write up an estimate. Someone used a turbo nozzle to clean the one close to my house and it looks absolutley horrible now.

Maybe the CEO needs to go on that show Undercover Boss and see first hand what condition their chains are in. Alot of businesses could use a wake up call.

Sonic here has cut everything out totally, even went as far as firing some of the partners that were managing partner's here

they have a guy doit in house here, and he is now using a hot water mitm i think. he does all landscapping and PWing its all he does. I guess hes the handyman/PWer/gardner/carpenter....... you get it. this is happening all over my area, the PM's only wanna sign 1 check for everything, and want it done for pennies
