Scott, this is one of the same restaurants that starts with a "Z". They said there is an old guy that cleans it every 3 months. lol

Every 3 months...................

I have 2 I do monthly and 2 I do bi-monthly.They are always nasty and if they went to quarterly I would hit them hard in the wallet.
Clue them in on a what a slip and fall injury out the backdoor will cost them($100k is not uncommon) vs. monthly or bi-monthly cleaning and see if they will change their minds.

This was DSed with our standard maintenance mix and it was a first time cleaning.No excesive dwell invovled.
