Here's some pictures of some projects we have done lately. Got to love the condos. The white ones we do every 12 months there's usually a lot of debris on them, not to much mold. All our projects we protect certain things, exit, lights, elevators, fire alarms etc. This project even though we covered and taped the alarms it still got wet and went off. The Fire Dept showed up and told my foreman that due to gas prices and a lot of false alarms they were giving us a warning ticket and next one would be a fine. BUT, once they saw that we had EVERYTHING covered & taped they said they weren't going to give any warning. The fire guy said usually the pressure washing guys don't cover anything. Pays to protect
This other project, these our just some of a contract we have with a national builder, they still govern the HOA unit 95% of the units are sold, we have a 2 year contract and do many of their properties. This ones were pretty split up, had funky dormers, courtyards. 3 units per building, knocked them out in no time
