solicit signs

Does anyone pay attention to these signs?I seem to withdraw from going into a commercial building when I see them posted.Anyone have any other ideas to get your name and business in the door.I'm new to cold calling.Any help will be greatly appriciated.

I think they are more for people who are trying to sell merchandise not services but not 100% sure .

LOL..I have tried all kinds of stuff, All they do is bring back reinforcment
