Sodium / Calcuim Hypochlorite Same Thing?

I know weve seen this here before but quite honestly the boards stagnating a bit and I could use this info. if any one has the answer.

Been looking for 12 % in my area and it seems near impossible to find it in bulk. but while doing some research I came across a site that said Calcium Hypochlorite is just a dry and much more concentrated form of Sodium Hypochlorite, Has anyone used the calcium before? I know the word alone sounds like alot of deposits left on a house... but I had to ask.

I dont know anything about CH, but heres the link to Univar, which is where alot of us get our 12.5%. Theres 2 in Nashville and a few more in other parts.

Not the same thing and it won't work. I don't know why, so if you need more info than that there's a few old threads you might want to search for.

Have you ever done any reading on "making bleach" ?
Very interesting how it's made. In other words you can make
your own bleach. ( at your own risk of course)
