Remember the 30 truck and 80 trailer fleet I give to another powerwasher bout 2 years ago..o..ok.
The owner called all trucks in,closing the doors get your stuff unloaded and come on in we're closing the business.How'd you like to hear those words when calling asking where's my next load.It pluzz me why they would do this,they paid weekly no problem there......O NO the dispatcher throwed in his keys and took the business with him,the business fallowed him.
It goes to show you bigger guys that when not in the feild working with the guys some day they may not even know you as they only know the wash guy and his pe'ce of pie.All the years I washed there even tho the owner wrote the check the dispatcher give me the check,I took all my orders from him,he's the one that hired me as to show he had alot of control running the business...........it just another one of them headachs when growing with a good employee that has good customer skills,this is not the first company I've seen over the years closing their doors b/c of employee taking the business with him when he decide to go for the flow.
