Evening everyone. My wife and I just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary over the weekend. Neither of us are massive fans of champagne or prosecco, so we wanted to find something a bit different but still very premium to do our celebratory toast with. It’s so refined and soft on the palate, with none of the harshness you'd usually expect from doing a straight shot.
