Skid Unit - Frame Only

Where can I get a replacement frame for a Shark hot water unit?

The motor, pump, generator, burner...all components are good, but the frame has rusted pretty badly.

Hmm...I didn't see a replacement frame. I suppose it doesn't need to be from shark. Where do they get theirs?

You will get a frame cheaper made than custom. Not as good but cheaper

I decided to take it apart and refurbish it. Will give me a chance to service everything and clean it up.

This was just a very bad van setup. I pulled the equipment, got rid of the van, and hope to restore the skid unit to looking nice again.

Everything still works great!

hit the burner with a little polish, go get you a piece of 1 inch stainles steel, have it bent, mount your burner on that and buy you a base plate. You'll be good to go. Looks like your frames rusted all the way out,

Scrape, sand and a few coats of paint and you are going to look brand new. Frames are not cheap. Paint is. We try to tear down all our rigs and repaint every winter. goint to start the process after Christmas. Keeps my guys busy too.

$25!! That's robbery!!! Haha. Yeah, I'll replace that. And some hardware and some mounting brackets. Everything else is actually salvageable...or so says my metal expert.
