Is simple green a good product to use with pressure washing you know everybodys talking about go green wanted to get you guys thoughts and feedback

The green in the name doesn't mean that it is a "green" detergent, but it does work on some applications like gutters. It wouldn't be my first choice but it works in a pinch.

I think Simple Green has been around since the mid 70's. I don't think many people were thinking about saving the environment in those days. The "green" in Simple Green was probably referring to anything but the environment. I think they just lucked out and people these days love to throw the "green" term around and people are buying it. Always do your research on the chemicals before it's too late.

It's all about gogreen.
GREEN is only the color. This stuff is far from GREEN. You ever put this stuff in your house wash mix???? Its really bad on the lungs....

I might at least try to understand what going green is about when I quit seeing my mailbox full of junk.
I also wish we would use our own oil reserves for a couple of months just to show raghead disturbia shoot your brother in the face. We wont tolerate constant price hikes.
I like Mean Green from Dollar General.

Come on Andy the Middle East loves to share their oil with everyone, I mean they are practically giving that stuff away! Plus it's an extremely stable environment over there, so I would worry about oil too much. Lol

The sooner we drill more over here the better. Especially once gas goes up another buck or sooo....

:) Wrong kind of "Green" This stuff will make your lungs green!

It's a so, so product for cleaning-if you want strength, [ smells pretty good though and can fool you into not realizing what your lungs actually think of it! ] There are loads of better cleaners. Like Krud Kutter, Purple Stuff, or even Purple Power. But none of them fall in the "Save the Earth "Green" thinking.
If you tell a save the earth person you use simple green, it's like telling them that gator meat tastes like a cross between manatee and american eagles! :speechless:
For my cleaning purposes here in SW Florida [mainly residential homes or condos] I only add Ammonyx Lo to my SH and it's more for the cling and ability to remain wet longer [more dwell time for the chlorine to work] than it is for actual cleaning. Usually, if I use a stronger chemical,it's for grease spots on driveways etc and they go on full strength.
