Sign in names

I have found that the people that are remembered the most are those that use their own names as sign in names, also customers may recognize you, you can google your name and get more results and also at roundtables and events it is easier to remember who you are, you face has to be associated with 2 names insted just one.

It is just an opnion and something for you to think about, personally I just think it looks more professional if nothing else.

I you would like to change your sign in name I will be happy to do that for you, just send me a pm with your old and new name and I will take care of it.

Russ, If I wanted to change my profile name to my full name would I still have my posts, my profile and everything else the same or would it be like starting out with 0 posts and a new profile?

That is a good idea, I wonder if they can do that on the other boards too?

Some people wouldn't want to use their business names for fear of potential customers seeing that they are really an a$$.

Funny though some people don't realize how easy it is to post on boards like this and show a different persona than what someone else is presented in person.
