I'm putting together a bid for a strip mall. I've measured approx. 12,000 sq. ft. of sidewalk, and 2500 sq. ft. of crosswalk. The place is only a few months old, so theres not much gum or stains. If my bid is accepted, I will be cleaning on a quarterly basis. Is 10 cents a sq. ft a reasonable price? Where do you guys think I should be?

If you get .10 a sq ft your golden. A realistic price for flat work is normally around .05 to .08 If this property is new and no gum or stains to speak of, you should be out of there in 4 hours, @.08 thats $1160.00 for 14,500 sq ft, I would say that is a fair price.

Dont know what the ball park price should be. But if you get it at over 200/hr thats great.
