Is 140F pressure washer good enough to clean resturant side walks and such? what do you guys usally put your heat at?

what chems do you reccomend using on walk ways and drive thurs. degreaser?

Heat will save you time, money and chemical cost in the long run. And if you are planning to get gum and gum residue up without causing irreversible damage to the concrete, you need to hit at least 200 to 250 degrees (at the tip) and low pressure.

If you are planning to invest in a new skid, pay the extra $$$ for the BTU's (880,000).
