Ron,
Everyone here most likely needs a refresher class on selling from time to time and I remember you saying you could teach anyone to sell. I personally like to learn from people who are successful and not try to re invent the wheel. I do preety good selling but I know I allways can learn more. Would you be interested in video casting maybe a few classes over the winter?? Please??? Think about it.

Guys sounds great , actually training a new person starting jan 1, two weeks and then off to train some guys in Florida.

Apply this theory to your new sales approach, dont go home till you make a sale. Tell the wife your going to be late for dinner for awhile.

In the summer I tell her I wont be home for dinner alot of times Ron.

So what makes you think that Budgets for these 500 companies are not being set right now?

Selling and marketing should go on all year long. Set the dates for stuff down the road. Sell it today and book it for months down the road.

It's actually a great idea, keeps the appointment made Now for a later date. Mike h uses it and so does chris at Wcr. They combined are over 5 mil.

Of course it's on larger deck jobs.
