Selling Starbucks

100 bucks?

Wow it would cost me at least 40 in gas for the washer (smaller one) plus the turbo diesel to get there! Not to mention chems and my time would have to get at least 200 and all the stores in the state to make it worth while GEEZ:( Ron was saying for a mcdonalds he wouldn't charge less than like 350$. I must be missing something.
 
$100.00 sounds about right..these can be done in a 1/2 hr with 2 guys and the right equipment. Then you can go out and do 10 stores a night...
 
10 stores solo. Biweekly, they would not be hard.

Yes after paying and gas youd probably make 700 bucks a night if you had 10 stores a night i am anxious to see what Ron will post I am probably going to call and ask to do a demo.....
 
Actually clsoer to $800 solo, but then, I can live on that, day in and day out. That works out to $200k a year. I don't need ot make a killing on every store. They are sold once, and so the profit per job goes way up.
 
So should call a local store? Ron, How is the process started? By a local demo, or do i fill out the papers through the website? I know some of the stores are franchised....... thanks!
 
In this particular state and most likely others they have a dm thats deligated the task of PW and windows and such. If your area is large like phx metro two guys may handle North south.

In Indiana they will have a different guy than in Chicago. I have even found in your state chicago operates on its own.

Starbucks has franchise but very rare.

This particular starbucks started with the owner of the center. He is upset about the starbucks and thats how i stubled on the guy to talk with. My client reffered me to them, because his center is not clean and its starbucks agreement to handle this service themselves.

You can imagine when the starbucks brass watched that demo on his twice a week done store? he was not happy

Hey dont you have a sister in Hammond that does PW work? I had a call in from lansing the other day for some pressure wash work but it was small residential stuff. Might be able to send over some work as it comes in if nothing else.

Hey Ron, I am working to get Starbucks biz in my area. Do you have any specifics on what you sold them on. The local managers mentioned some banned chemicals (to be named later) safe oil removal for drive thrus. What kind of budget would they likely have for 30 day cleanings?
 
Hey Ron I have been talking to the local guys for a while now.. I just called them the other day to schedule a demo and they told me everything was handled through corporate now?? She may have just been blowing me off but she was actually a DM from another area (used to cover my area) that I'm not going after.. She even gave me there #'s to call..Is that true or do they still have authority locally?

Its funny this came up again. We have a meeting with the GM tomorrow for over 100 locations. We did demos for them shot them some pics and some numbers and looks like we are heading in the right direction. I must say they are not $100 bucks a store. They want once a month service.
