Seal kit- WW Classic

First time replacing seals on a classic-
Is the main seal located in the middle of the red upper plate? I already replaced both static orings and still getting some water through the weep holes.

That looks like the new green top swivel, the inside is a cartridge that you change out, you don't replace gaskets, o-rings or anything else, just pull that whole piece out and put in a new one. There is a youtube video showing how to in less than 10 minutes. I will try to post a link later if you cannot look and find it.

Thanks Chris- I figured it out.
Swivel still works but was getting some water through the weep holes. New swivel was $250.00 or just replace the seals with the seal kit for $45.00.
