I live in Alabama. I don't hear of anybody needing scratches removed. If I thought there was a need for this here I would be interested. Is it different where there is a lot of sand ?

Sand can scratch glass for sure but for the most part it really doesn't have to much to do with it. Scratches can occur from anything really. We do a ton from peoples dogs scratching the back sliding door to get in the house. Things window cleaners have screwed up. Graffiti removal.. etc.. Lots of possibilities.
