I wanted to thank you guys publicly for your helpful advice on that 10,000 sq ft floor from hell I had early this month.
Cameras aren't allowed in there so if someone in charge will Take some pictures for me someday I'll show you what I was up against, and if and when I get to show you pictures you'll understand.
Ended up using carbide coated pads under a heavy floor machine, 60 grit screening pads, and a very good and expensive emulsifier. No Pressure Washing until the end.
Ron M I also found 17" Zimgrit brushes for $170 each and those babies just might do the job all by themselves. They're that good!!!
