Santa...UUMMmm...It's Me

Last week I worked nights doing parking garages. We did 3 garages over four nights. Yes we were moving and grooving. While I was out, I had four trucks go down with significant problems. Fortunately, none were the newer trucks. One blew the rear end. Who blows out a Dana 80 driving on the street??? It just doesn't happen. One lost a wheel bearing, one had some engine problems, and the final one blew a pump, General TS 2021, to be exact. I heard about the pump because I did not have one sitting on the shelf.
Anyways, we only have one spare truck. It caused quite the conundrum because of the shifting and moving that we had to do.

I feel your pain, even on a different level. BTW, every single thing happened within 12 hours of the other.

I had a 50 ft hose blow last week. Guess my problem was small in comparison. Lol

I pulled into a parking lot this morning and my truck lost power. No boost to the turbo or anything. I opened the hood with the engine off noticed the egr valve moving. Started it back up and ran fine all the way to the dealer. Ford said it was programming issue with the computer. Fuel filters were changed just 6,000 miles ago. Ford put a new egr valve in it when they replaced the motor back in May.

Another 12 or 13,000 miles (3 or 4 months) this truck is going up for sale anyways and getting replaced.

Show me some love this Christmas.....Just don't pay attention to that list thing you got going on...unless I made it on the nice one this year.

It's ok Guy, it's a Ford. Ball Joint are about $4. lol.

We didn't have any truck problems, but we found out that our lift doesn't like to work under 28 degrees.

It's working fine now and all is good!

Hydraulic fluid gets thick when it's cold.

No complaints on the Fords, they've been good to us. It could of been "So" much worse......I count my blessings for sure!!!

It's the new 6.7L diesel. I got rid of the 6.0L diesel because it was giving me problems. I hate to admit it but I think the 6.7L is worse than the 6.0L in my opinion. My truck was one of the first ones made though in 2011 when they went to the 6.7L

She is just bruised up air bags saved the day. she flew through four lanes of traffic into a ditch and launched off the back side into another ditch full of water. the police officer that was behind her said she should have been a pilot the way she landed the car. I sat in bed last night thanking god her and her friends weren't hurt or killed.

Why they ever got rid of the 7.3 is completely beyond me. Tried and true, rock solid.......and they change. Stupid!

Awesome!!! Like I said....count our Blessings, could of been worse.
