Same tips for 4 gpm as 8 gpm?

I purchased a 0040 and a 4040 for down streaming with my 8gpm unit based off recommendations. When looking at: http://pressuretek.com/dostnokit.html

For a 4 gpm machine it includes a 0040 and a 2540, my question is can I use my 0040 and my 4040 tips on the 4gpm machine and still pull chem? The job desn't require me to pull out the trailer unit today, so I would prefer to just pull out the smaller machine but I am unsure if my tips will work. IF they wont please tell me what tips I would need for down streaming with a 4 gpm 4000 psi unit. Thanks.

Hey jake. I"m pretty sure you can apply chems with those nozzles. Not too sure about rinsing. Probably have to pull hose out of chem tank. with those nozzles and 8 gpm you get about 150 psi. With 4 gpm you get about 45 psi.

it will work but your draw rate will be reduced so it wont be as strong of a mix.

We use 0040,2540 on the 4gpm machine,0060,2560 on the 8gpm machine.
