Safety about Using Fire protection systems in Building and Garages

I would probably say it was refusing to learn. I have to agree with the fire captain. Fire protections systems stink and usually have nasty water. Every one I have come across initially starts out as being brackish, or worse. I was thinking it was just a local thing.

For those seeking to find out whether or not they can use a fire suppression system in their area could just go to their local fire department and simply ask them. I'm sure they'd be happy to tell you what the law is, so you yourself know for sure weather you can or can not.

It is state law in California. I bet it is state law everywhere. These are some of those laws where people go no duh!

I believe that the California State Fire Marshall said it was a California State Law on the audio that Ron recorded. This is not a city by city thing, it is a state law.

Here in Iowa you can't work on the fire suppression system without a license and if you misuse your privilege you lose your license and face fines.
