Guys I'm trying to get this company to do a group discount for us.

I'm going to get a price for stainless steal he is going to email me the pricing.

If your interested in getting a stencil done this month (April) please let me know.

We will see the cost difference between stainless steal and the other material they used last time.

Tony or Chris do you remember the gauge of these? I think it was like 13 gauge thick.

where do you need to be to get the group discount and what would that be? I would be interested....

I have a guy here in Phoenix that has a CNC plasma table. Told him a couple people were getting $200 - $250 a stencil. He said he could do it cheaper.

I will find out the cost in steel and in stainless.

Aluminum would be too light, don't you think ? Don't want the stencil moving or the logo and lettering will look sloppy.

When it gets here from Vegas I will measure it.

I had to leave it there with Tony's family because the airline said it was too big to take on.

I asked Tony's wife to take it to the UPS Store or FedEx place and I will send them a check for their trouble.

If I had to guess I think maybe 1/8".

It is 1/16th inch thick. Believe me, that's plenty thick.

How do I know that? Because I just put the caliper on this one Shelly is supposed to have on it's way to Christopher..... Sorry, we'll try to get it out tomorrow.

I'm sure they can make it out of aluminum too.

Matt, when you talk to them again can you check on the aluminum?

These things stencil out great!

hey trevor when you use the plasma cutter. first make a template with oversized letters out of wood then fit the plasma in the letter grove to give you a better line. Im working on one that isnt too big just stuff dad had layin around. but it looks cleaner
