How do you clean your home's drains?

Every time I have to clean the drains in my house, I know it will take me hours. I have the tools I need, but it takes a long time because I don't have any solutions to speed up the process. When it comes to the drainage system, we have it forever clogged; I search the internet to clean sewer lines. When the handypersons come, it's a time when I can relax with my wife, and it's worth it.
