Read this Ralph - I have to re do many of my web sites too, so don't feel bad! Consider cutting down on the amount of places you have listed, and keep only the very most important ones! C'mon brother, no one is searching for pressure washing countryside :)

IF this were my forum, this thread would have been removed long ago, both to protect the SEO of my Forum, as well as to protect my posters from a possible Google spam penalty.

Because once you get on Google's "Shit List", it is awful hard to get off. I am sorry to say that what people were being encouraged to do in this thread was to spam the search engines with keywords and zip code stuffing. Google has warned us, and I have posted this warning. They have taken action against spam with both the Penguin and the Panda updates, and are continuing to do so!
Now, they have Google Bots crawling the forums, trying to identify the "Spambots" that go from forum to forum, dropping spam.
When Google sees a spam post on a forum thread like this, with little or no content, but countless keywords and zip codes, along with a URL in the forum signature, it can be very very bad news for the contractor that made the post, as well as the entire forum.

The Google Bot can associate that contractors signature URL, as a URL known to drop spam!

I would urge any contractors who have any kind of spammy keyword stuffing post in this thread to edit it ASAP, or better yet, call on who ever is in charge here these days to make this thread disappear pronto!

Yeah, I just listed the cities I work in. I have had a lot of people look for that list. I actually added a few because people said they weren't on the list. I am getting a new site soon and I won't be writing my own content. That list actually does show up in the description of a search sometimes. Maybe they concluded that it isn't spam. IDK. Town 'n country too LOL

The Google Guidelines are CLEAR Ralph, I just deleted a bunch of that stuff off my website, and I have much more to go! I had myself listed for servicing Oneco and Samoset, yet when I ran a search for roof cleaning Oneco Fl, I was no where to be found, so that spammy shit was not doing me any good anyway, so I shit canned it.
The BEST way to show you service different areas in Pinellas is to make actual pages, or blog posts, aimed at these places, not just list a block of text on your web pages.

I just took a bunch off. I will think of what to do tomorrow. I made a page for westchase and a page for Odessa and they aren't showing up either. They are two weeks old now. I have to type the exact description to see it listed. According to google analytics I am getting 2-250 visits to my website a month. That should be getting me some juice, I hope!

Give them some time Ralph, and in the meantime, join and post on as many different cleaning and pressure washing related forums as you can.
Google crawls these busy forums daily, and if you are on them, your website will soon get crawled, and hopefully these new pages get indexed.

Except we are near over a million out bound links , google is not going to spank this URL for this thread. The code on a bbs is look at different than a traditional site.

If you tried on your own URL it would matter. We are highly keyed for these words. Possible more than any other site in the world.

Chris I respect what you have done with Tampa roof cleaning.

Put the traffic I drive to any website I owned or manage is high.

Google page one is nothing with out the clicks.
