Haha.. "Keepin it reel" I lov that! Yes sir, straight muscle power here. Too bad by the end of the day I'm exhausted and my right bicep n tricep are shot!

@ Doug, I actually designed it myself. I took your advice on a lot things you taught me. Most of the equipment I purchased used and cleaned it up. Gotta love craiglist for that!

I'm proud of our little guy, its nothing compared to what others are posting but for its size (4x6), it packs a punch. I have a 5.5gpm cold pw, with a 15 gallon float, 200 ft each of supply hose, pw hose, and roof sprayer hose. My roof pump is a 1/2" all flow powered by a 9hp 16cfm compressor. It draws simultaneously from the float tank and a 20 gallon sh tank. I get about 8.5gpm through my 1/2 hose. Most of the roof setup was pieced together with used (and really inexpensive) components. It weighs about 1500 lbs plus the trailer and is pulled by our mini van. I usually have a combo ladder tucked in on the side. Only problem is the surface cleaner has to go in the van till I figure out some kind of rack and I need to find room for the roof hose reel.

Here's the break down of my trailer:
Trailer- all aluminum 5x16' tandem
Roof Cleaning / Soft wash setup- dual 5.0gpm Delavan, I built using an aluminum marine fuel tank
Roof cleaning hose- 1/2" x 225' of orange chem hose on 18" old school S/S Titan reel
Pressure washer- 13hp Honda w/ 4.5gpm/3000psi cat pump
Pressure pro hot box
Top reel (old school Titan) 100' 2-wire gray non-marking
Lower reel (old school Titan) 200' 2-wire gray non-marking
2 x 50' black one-wire ( backups)
Tanks- 165gal supply / 65gal chem
Whisper classic 19" surface cleaner
12' & 28' aluminum ladders
Spotless window cleaning- just added in sept of this year. (4-stage filtration system which includes reverse osmosis, Titan reel, 250' 3/8 hoses) built for just under $1000 vs. $3000-5000 systems out on the market
125' 3/4" water supply hose

Is that an Explorer Sport Trac you are pulling that with?
 
It handles very well, breaking is ok. No brakes on the trailer cause its register @ 3500lbs. The weight of the trailer is 600lbs. With ALL the equipment n trailer, gross weight 2,250lbs.

Yeah 16 foot is kind big for me to due to all the cul de sacs we have, and the neighbors get sort upset if you have to block their driveway. I am seriously looking at the Truck Bed set up Paul has that can slide in and out of the back of my truck. With the pressure washer, hose reels, and roof pump ALL in the back of the truck I wouldn't need a trailer for residential work.
 
Yeah I hear you guys. 16' is pushing it for me. I purchased it used, and figure let me buy it now cause one day I'll add more equipment as my business grows.. which it has, ratter then keep buying a bigger trailer.

Wow lots of nice rigs on here!! The truck and trailer was my previous roof cleaning and pressure washing trailer for about 4 years, nothing top fancy but ol' reliable. I have now switched to a f350 box truck and got rid of the trailer set up. Next step is having the box truck wrapped.
