I see my logo all the time and it is copyrighted and trademarked. Not a big deal and not worth the effort to pursue. Simply having it protected legally is all that really matters to me should I ever feel it necessary to take other steps to stop it from being used.

I did see it on a bandit sign once about an hour away, I did call the company that time.
