Return line to tank question

Thats not too bad with the cooler it is much more efficient than just a coil. You can see how hot that bypass water gets though could you imagine what it would be like without the cooler.
 
I just love this stuff! That is cool Tony. I wonder how much it will affect engine temps?
 
As much as I like the radiator, isn't there a thermal blow-off valve? Cheap and simple, just dumps water when the temp gets too high.
 
Yes, lots of 'thermal relief valves'. Looks like 140 deg is standard, I would like it lower. Is this a reasonable reliable option?
 
Really maybe a collection bucket could hold it, sure seems easy. But I think 70 deg water rushing into a 140 deg head may not be good.
 
Tony these new remote that i use vibrate when the signal is received from the transmitter.The range is 1000 feet in line out of line.However like you said its cheaper to just leave the machine running.That is a big project you have.The remotes are definatly not the cheap ones but you get what you pay for.For that job you are doing the simpler he better.
