Watching guys beat the rep points to death was comical.:D
 
It was fun while it lasted.
 
I agree with all post here. Some of the top 6 had green dots , Including me, that appeared over night.

However, I do not think that they should be taking away completely.

I like what John said. Years in the business DOES mean something. It means that you have done something right or you would not be in business today.

Someone who has been in the business FULL time for more than 25 years has more insight, knowledge and experience than someone who would only have had a week in the field.

I think that years in Business should be recognized on this board for our readers to see.

Its has never made me any money and mostly all it did with help those that have egos to boost their morale temporarily.

Russ is the final say guys, I hope all understand that I dont agree with Russ always but I support his decisions.

Russ has been a great leader and has made mistakes, I think this one is not a mistake. Perhaps trivial because we are all working hard to Keep our businesses successful.

I sold some major stuff in the last days and we nailed them. However at the exact same time a large customer wants to take all 60 centers out for bid.

We will keep them but just to let you guys know that everyone is shopping.

25 years i have not seen the market like this, we are growing because if you dont you loose.

If Staff and members want to talk about it and convince Russ otherwise, remember we are all busy and do it like a pro. Russ is dedicated to PWI, its his home and work. Be respectful to all
