Removing Mildew

Hey everyone....
Two quick question........
1. What is a effective and safe chemical to use to remove mildew and moss from stucco (drive-it)?
2. Has anybody ever cleaned the stucco type material called drive-it? I am aware that you need to be very very careful but I was just wondering if there were any other pointers you guys could give me.

I hate cleaning dryvit. It's very sensitive. I used about 700 psi, and it still chewed it up a bit.

Go to www.dryvit.com , they have some cleaning tips on there.

Make sure you use as little pressure as possible, and a 40° tip.

In addition to Mikes response, when you say moss I am assuming that there has not been much done in the way of upkeep on this house. In these cases we will hand scrub areas as necessary as not to damage the drivit or stucco then rinse as Mike stated above.Good Luck!
