Recovery Unit Setups

Anyone have any pictures of theyre recovery units on trailers, or trucks they want to share? Trying to get some ideals.

This is how I setup my trailer when I first loaded recovery equipment a year and a half ago. It's not that trailer anymore.

This is Chris' grease cleanup beast. Two hot water units, vac, 5 stage filtration with the infamous DE final filter that Jim claims will blow up, and a 225 recycle tank that gets dumped ONSITE. He is not a waste transporter. The whole thing only weighs 5400. Lbs

Spent some time with Chris and Jillian at their house when I was down in Vegas a few weeks ago. Good guy...young..... but has his head screwed on right. The unit above is what I saw with the exception of a bunch of EBC 5'ers on it!

This is our Hydrotek T500 unit that I customized a Sirocco unit on top, took out the 2nd water tank from the trailer and added a floor to hold the filtration. Hose reel on front and away we go.

I want to see that gravity filtration contraption you posted a video on a while back...so simple and effective... you got that video to post Tony? Anyone planning on making it for others?

no worries on that Tony - I remember a cool video you posted with a tank that had 3 chambers of filtration - dirty water in, clear water out.

I have one that I built out of a rectangular poly tank I had it is not to hard to do. It is just a API oil water separator design look it up on google.

Bought it like that. I don't know who built it. I would guess it is 60 gallons.
