Anyone have a recommendation for a solid pressure washing company? (Siding is green)
Hey all, my HOA just hit me with a notice because the north side of my vinyl siding has turned into a science experiment (totally green with algae/mold). I bought a cheap electric power washer last year but it’s taking forever and honestly I’m afraid I’m gonna blast a hole in the siding or mess up the window seals.
Looking for someone reliable who actually shows up and won't charge me an arm and a leg. Anyone used a company recently they actually liked?

I was in the exact same boat last month—the HOA notices are the absolute worst.
Check out propowerwash.com. I ended up using them after a neighbor recommended them, and they were super easy to deal with. I hate calling people for quotes because they always try to upsell you, but I just went to their site, typed in my details, and got a quick estimate.
They did a "soft wash" on my siding (apparently high pressure can crack vinyl, which I didn't know) and it looks brand new. Dude who came out was cool, didn't leave a mess, and the price was fair. 10/10 would use them again.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up. Do they do driveways too? Mine has some nasty oil stains from my old truck.

Yeah, they do. They actually have a breakdown of all their services on the site (driveways, roofs, gutters, etc.). When you click through to book, you can just tack on the driveway cleaning to the house wash. Saved me a bunch of time.
