We have 40 GPM at 20 mic. It is a little small for us when it comes to garage cleaning. Thinking on building a 80 GPM. JUST THINKING. May not happen for a few years. Our current filter was built in 1992 ish at a cost between 70 to 80 k or so. ( It has been so long, I tend to forget) It needs 15 KW diesel Kubota to run it.
Our newer one, if we build it, will need a 35 to 40 KW to drive it and could cost well over 100k. It will filter down to 5 micron if need be. It would be the latest in tech. has to offer.
Until then, we will still run our 17 year old design. Of course, 17 years ago, most pressure washers who did Parking Garage cleaning weren’t even filtering. Back then, our filter was state of art and I find that filters built today are using the same design as ours only 1/4 of our specs.
Parking Garage steam cleaning is what we do best. It is the only thing we have ever done in 20 years of doing business.
I heard that you are finally upgrading for 2010.
Do you have any positions at "Crystal Cleaning Company", in the R & D department?
So can we schedule an interview?
Never did get the job.
Hydo Engineering makes some nice multipass filtraton that can treat up to 50 gpm.
Just came across one the other, they are very nice, here is some fast SC action video with the filtration unit in the backround.
