Quitting my full time job?

I just left my job about a month ago to work on the business full time. My daughter stays home with me to avoid $600 daycare per month. Plus I dont spend $250 a month in tolls driving to work, not to mention the fuel cost. Even if Nate can do 1 job on the weekends it will pay for me to stay home...that is the way we looked at it. My daughter naps for 2 hours everday from 1-3 pm. I hit the phones hard during those times. On wednesdays my mom takes her for the entire afternoon and my husbands mom has her all day on Friday. This gives me time to do bids onsite. Its hard to get up the courage to do it...but man once you get on the phones and start making contacts you realize that you will be okay. It will be hard, but it will payoff!

I quit my job fall '06
I have struggled man has it been difficult. But we have finally turned the corner, and reading the preceeding posts have really rung true!
I have not set Northern Va on fire........YET! But my faith dictates that I will.
My wife works the 3rd shift as an RN to keep us from sinking totally. She has sacrificed more sleep than i have in the name of this business. most days when she gets off a 12 hour shift she gets to care for 3 kids (under 5) for another 12-13 hours while i am either washing or pounding pavement. I thank God, and I thank my wife, because without them i would be a 3rd rate hack not fit to wash the concrete they walk on!
P.S. - property managers!! (Jeff knows about that)
