QuickBooks Question

I have 2008 pro. When I back-up, my customized invoices, estimate forms, etc remain the same. But when I tried transferring the company file to my new Toughbook I bought for the road, everything transferred perfectly, except I needed to re create the custom estimate, invoice, etc forms.

maybe I don't know what I'm doing, but my wife has used Quickbooks for years and she wasn't able to provide the solution.
 
Thanks for the reply's My computer is starting to act weird and it's about time to reformat and start fresh. Anyway I was just wondering if there is any other files I should grab other than the company file.
 
I've lost custom templates before when reloading after a crash. It is something to worry about, I'm sure there's a way to save them though.
