Quick house wash question for the pros

You don't ever need 12.5% for house washing it's over kill. I don't even think for DS'ing. I x jet but it doesn't take much SH just add enough cling for dwell. Get Clorox brand, it's the only brand that gets rotated and pulled by the vendor if out of date.

I use the 10% when I can but I am lucky when I can get the 12.5% for housewashing.

I usually will downstream but on occasion I will bring out the X-Jet for those bad areas or use straight chems.

There are numerous times where I had to hit the surface many times with the strong stuff and even put straight chems into the pump up sprayer to kill this stuff.

We have high humidity all year long and very hot summers, the high humidity is good for growing the mold and algae.

We have the typical black mold and green algae but we also have the harder to kill mustard mold, orange, red and brown algae which takes several applications of the stronger chems to kill it.

The guys in Florida have the same stuff as I am told, not sure if you have it in your area.

I wish we had the easy to kill mold and algae, sure would make my job easier and faster.
