Quick connects

Hello guys, I'm always having problems disconnecting anything that has quick connects on my system. What are some of y'all tricks to keep them from getting stuck together
 
Disconnect frequently....also keep sandpaper on hand and sand down the plug right at the raised part. The QC bearings can "groove" into that part of the plug making them hard to remove.
 
Release the gun. Make sure the gun is supported so it's not binding the QC. High quality ss male, brass female.
