PWNA Finalized education program.

You know, I remember that and as I recall I was still on the BOD at the time. I'm the one who brought the request from the member to the BOD. The transfer of this membership was confidential at the request of the donating member. This was a private transaction.

Beth, Yes, you were still on the board, yes, you did bring the item from the member to the board, yes, he did request it to be confidential, yes, until yesterday it was private. It is curious that someone that had nothing to do with it knows all about it.

My post was not directed toward you in any way. It was meant for those who constantly sing the praises of the org then as soon as something doesn't suit them, they start trouble on one of the bbs then pretend nothing ever happened after being placated, appeased and pacified.

You seem like a straight up guy and I appreciate your efforts!
 
Thank you Don, I think that most people know which side of the fence I was leaning towards, but still I try not to be too controversial!
 
I have asked the questions fromn time to time... and for different reasons... I got the answers I needed, some I liked and agreeed with and some I didn't. The issues that once seemed important arent anymore because of a few simple realizations that I have come to realize.... THe biggest reason being the balance in the checkbook.

The questions regarding the PWNA that I ask and how I choose to react to thier decision process focuses on two main things... How does it effect my ability to operate my business and is something that will prohibit me from using the organization in a manner that I see fit for marketing. Furthermore, I ask myself if it is something that warrants committment of my time and energy to change. If I don't see it importantant enough to change, why should I care about it.

I sit here applaud in amazement the many people who have no vested interest in the PWNA, yet strive to tear it down. Why? Do they see it as a threat? Now the BOD members wont come out and play the silly games with anyone and people are pissed about that. Who is next on the hit list, WRAPI?

Riding the fence. Ha! LOL... Look around at the folks that post... there are a lot of rectalencephalad splinters present.
 
Look deeper young grasshopper... look deeper.
You should also ask yourself if the current direction of this organization taking it in a direction where it will be useful to your checkbook in the future.
Think of it more like an investment. If you invest, what will your return be? long term, short term, stable, risky?
It is like making a promo video, you must take into consideration the future of what you are advertising before you spend your efforts creating something that might be outdated before you see a return on your investment (ROI).

I have been through all the crap once. The funny thing is they will enlist more and more new guys like yourself to help. Theres a line of them, we have all paid ours, its your turn and in the end let us know how it turns out.

So whatever happened to these training classes? Is the PWNA even a factor anymore?
