see picture, I am trying to check my seals, but am stuck...? Where do I go from here? It is a General 4040G 4000 Psi 4GPM, I am at only 2000 PSI and I replaced my unloader, and still at 2000 PSI,( and yes I adjusted the unleader) It will shoot up to 4100 PSI when i take my hand off trigger and goes into bypass mode. I am using the correct nozzles that came with the unit, the yellow, green, white and Red will only hit 2000 psi. Unit it 3 yrs old. I also checked all 6 check valves and they are not clogged.

I removed the first plunger on the right, and dont know the next step?

The seals are in the brass manifold that you pulled off to get where you are. Those pistons are ceramic impregnated steel, and unless there are chips out of them, they won't need replacing. You'll probably need a bearing puller or some internal pliers to get the brass seal retainers out of the manifold.

well, I decided to get a new pump. I spent a few hrs trying to remove the old one. Its stuck real good. and yes I removed the little hex nut pin. I used a craw bar and hammer and got it about half way off until the flange started to break into pieces. Now what?

Bust the rest of the flange off and that'll give you access to the shaft. Try soaking it with penetrating oil. Or, if you're in a hurry, get a torch and heat the hollow shaft of the pump. Just know that you may have to replace the crank seal on the engine.

"you may have to replace the crank seal on the engine."

I have heard that somewhere before....

Get some kroil or like thread loosener and spray it let it sit for a few hrs and give it a try. If you are desprate try an air impact wrench on it as well.
