Your partially correct, the bright sharp contrasting colors with whimsical patterns is eye catching (this is mostly to entice children). But this combination doesn't seduce the brain into believing the body is hungry. That being said these combination will cause seats to empty rather quickly once you've eaten. Unless the bright contrasting colors are of large geometric shapes. I'll go into this more later
