Pro's and Cons

Slim Pickens

New member
Right now I'am in the market for a new pressurewasher.I can't
decide if I should get the burner in the horizontal or vertical position, is one better than the other. Right now I'am running a
PW with a hot box and want to use for a backup.

Thanks

Horizontal and vertical burners work equally well. The only real consideration might be if you're mounting it on an open trailer or truck. Rain can get down the stack of a vertical and mess with the electrical parts of the burner.

Is your Pw in a enclosed trailer or open.

Tom Vogel (ACR Products) is not too far from you at all. I would suggest you give him a call and see what he can rig out for you. He's the guy I always refer out with machine and chemical questions since he's been in the business himself and now he sells the equipment.

Jim,

I sell what I belive are excellent built pressure washers and the company that makes them is fantastic too. There's going to be a special run this week on one that I think is a 25hp Kohler @ 3506. You may want to take a look, these are solid units. I'll post some pictures of it in the distributors section.

My company does little other than set up pressure washing systems for mobile pressure washers and we do it well. Each and every machine that we set up for contractors like yourself is still working well for them and making them money.

Call or email me and I'd be happy to take a moment and tell you a little about some options you may have.

Justin

I have some pictures of some rigs on my website under equipment pics and I'll try to get some more up this week.

PS. For everyone who is interested, we started doing a DVD walk around of each of our units. It explains the system and breaks it down to operation and idividual parts and why they are in place and what they do. It also gives a demo with your own machine. The video is one of your machine you would have built.... very informative and somewhat of a training video for new employees and a great reference for questions later. Something we just started doing and it's turning out great!

Oh, my site is: http://www.pressurewashcentral.com
