I tried it for the 30 day trial period, but just felt it was time consuming to enter the data. Just didn't feel it was the right fit for me. I have seen many posts of guy's that like it though.

I know I sound like a broken record but this is easy to do with Device magic. Design your own layout in word or any other word processor and save it as a word document. Build you app, with automatic calculations and sent it straight to yourself and your customer. You'll have an automatic spreadsheet generated that you can refer to anytime. We are working on samples you can download and tweak for your own business.

Y'all might want to check out Wave accounting. It's free.

Was very interested in Wave up to the point where it was asking for my bank account access number and my password. NA!!!! Epic fail!! Don’t give that info to any site other than my bank.

You don't have to connect your bank account.

Wave is awesome, I'd rather give it my bank info and have it do my accounting for me than enter the info manually. That's how Quicken works too, right?

The Customer Factor is also awesome. I've read that it can integrate with Responsibid but that doesn't seem to be working for me yet.

Customer Factor is awesome. Integrates with Quickbooks which is great.

Quick Books Online for me.... My Mac, iPhone and iPad all are live with it. Input expenses and take pics of receipts all on the go. I have a lot of receivables to manage with Grass Butler, so its good to be able to monitor each of my clients accounts.
