Also, Ron, I notice that you take pictures of a lot of different companies that you work for and the only thing that changes is the photo of who you cleaned and the prices as needed. How do you use that many in marketing? Wouldn't just a few of them do you as much good?
I believe that he actually takes a picture of the complex he's prospecting and that's the one that they get, it's not really just a random complex he's cleaned. I'll let him tell you for sure, but I think that's how he does it.

I don't think this type of material is used in obtaining leads - this is direct communication with 'qualified' clients... qualified in the sense that he has his foot in the door, provided demo, given sales pitch --------- CLOSE!!
