Property Management company Busted for illegal water use Florida

I can't believe that size of tank on that little trailer, no safety chains connected, no license plate, etc....

It looked like the tank was about as large as the truck pulling the trailer.

It is amazing that companies out there would be stealing water in florida.

No proper valve wrench, no hydrant meter, no air gap, no reverse flow valve or anything to keep from preventing contamination to the water supply.

Wow!
 
He was found all the way down the end of Murray Blvd with blunt force trauma to the head.
