I have added alot of flatwork to my business, and I need to change to make it more productive. Now I run 2 guys on one rig, my questions is would I be more productive keeping it going the same way or should I go 1 guy per rig, putting 2 rigs on the street? I like the fact of two guys for safety but looking for options.

I like two on a rig, safety is a concern but it also makes the job faster and easier for both. The only time I will split them is if the jobs are way far apart and the time savings of a 2 man crew will not offset it.

I run one man per unit, if i need two units I put two units on the job. I started it by myself and dont need to guys per truck.

Everyplace has Cams!!!! they are more likley to die in and accident while driving. So now how safe are you??

Put 2 guys on 1 truck and 2 units on 1 trailer if you can
