Tampa has thousands of these guys.

Mrs Customer, you NEED brakes and struts!

Low ball artist's .....

Can't even spell either, does 2 storey homes ///\\\

....I know nothing about those prices--as I don't really wash houses or anything. Obviously, $47 for a mobilehome wash seems low. But here was my thought---and I sincerely mean no disrespect to anyone living in a mobile home---but generally, don't those folks usually not have a lot of disposable income, even if it's just $47?? Perhaps I'm missing something. Around here, trailers are the low-end. But when I lived in Jackson Hole, WY, if you weren't a millionaire you probably lived in a trailer--shunning the stereotype.

I guess I'm just wondering why this guy has set his biz up tailoring to a low-end clientele like that??

just maybe...

this guy may just have a working gimmick...you know, advertising the low end price and then trying to sell the customer the higher end service and price. many retialers will advertise the lower end product just to get you in and then tell you what you should really buy. i've got guys like this in my area too. some of these guys don't even own a pressure washer...they just wait until they book a job and rent. if this guy does good work i'd love to use him as a subcontractor.

don't you just love to vent sometimes,

rando
