Look at the condition and times-If all looks good $225/$275 sound good.

Some of the pizza hoods I have seen , but not done, require some dissassmbly of the oven. I do one pizza place that the oven is vented in the duct, no hood. Obviosly, we remove part of the duct so we don't get water in the oven. I do 2 pizza places that have a rotating shelf in the oven. Those 2 places have clinkers that fall down and can cause problems with the table mechanism. We use a shop vacuum w/a filter to pick up the clinkers.

OK thanks Doug, This oven is big but they will move it for me to drape and clean, its on wheels. they also will dismatal the other parts of the hood and clean them themselfs.Mikey

When were they last cleaned? I took on some Dominoes, that had gone several years since cleaning, and they were actually very dirty, they took about 4 hrs to do on average.
The second time through a year later we were in and out in 2 hrs.
Pricing seem to be a regional thing, you know what you need to make a profit, the rest is estimating you time. I got $400 for the initial clean up and $300 for reservice

Thanks Bryan, this is what I did. (2) per year 475 (3) per year 375 (4) per year 275. it will seem higher (2) per year but will be cheaper than 275 per Quarter!

At 180 days for a Pizza Hut should be around $275 depending on the condition. To charge $475 at 180 days is a little over the edge-First cleaning I would charge based on the condition only and then charge at or abount $275 per unit with keys so that you can service two units on a given night.

A pizza only place, with only an oven, may only need a yearly cleaning, depending on the local AHJ, or their insurance requirements.
