New pavers won't need sanding if u rinse the sand right back in. Like I said its new const so there's not gonna be any mold and crap I neep to get rid of. I do a seal job about once a month just 1/25 the size. I figured id be in it for 3000 in supplies and I was thinking about adding another 4000 on top of that for my time figuring it to be about 8 days of work.
Ditto on the seemingly low price, unless you're in a tight spot.Everyone has their factors in play with pricing as said above. I personally couldn't see $500 per day for an 8-10 hour day to cover expenses and a PITA factor. Sight unseen I would look more into the $9400 - $12500 range unless you're hungry.
