Pressure washing truck, helicopter crashed

The copters crashed in the course of preforming they're business. they prolly wont get charged for that..? it seems primitive to me these car chases why not just follow from the sky and let the ground units fall back until runner stops or runs out of gas?? and other more high tech means for extremely dangerous suspects? the press and public would soon get bored quick with these 2 methods.
 
yea exactly a heat seeking (thermal recognising) sidewinder fixed not to explode but electrocute the cars mother board? seems elementary to me.
 
That s scary Waht about people getting a ticket for speeding and someone rubber necker runs off the road. Speeding ticket to reckless endangerment in a few moments.
