Pressure Washing Myths

I'm redoing my brochures and want to know from you all, the myths you run into about pressure washing. I want to put the Myths and pluses of using my service to put peoples minds at ease. How do you all put potential customers minds at ease, so they get past the questions and on to the task at hand.

One is won't I split vinyl siding? I say NO because I'm not here to destroy the siding I'm here to wash, clean & restore it to it's lustre self. I feel there are sales people who should just sell the product instead of saying they can blow holes through 2x4's. Like at Home Depot a few years ago when I was looking at buying a pressure washer the sales kid mentioned all the stupid things he could do, like if he could stand there, he could destroy a pallet, blow holes through a 2x4, dig up asphault because he's so COOL.

The myths aren't actually myths. They are true, for the most part with exaggeration of course, because improper use of pressure will do harm and break or tear things up. The key to educating your customers and yourself is to find the proper way to do the job. You will find that aside from concrete, pressure is rarely the thing that does the cleaning.
Use the search feature on here for each of the surfaces you are thinking of cleaning, you will find that proper chems are the key to a good job. Then use your new information as a tool to train your customers how you do it the right way.

Thanks Larry, what can you, or anyone suggest is a good layout for a brochure, or pamphlet in describing their service/s.
I list what I do house washing, gutters, windows, walkways, driveways etc. How would I go about a brochure, or pamphlet geared towards Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Property managers.
I'm also using Microsoft Publisher, I have to get the word out because the area I'm living is way smaller and is pretty much rural/farm, not in the city anymore.

Even on concrete pressure just assists the cleanup of chemicals.
