Pressure washing license

Hello everyone,

I am 23 and looking into getting into the pressure washing and soft wash business. This is my first post on this. I have done tons of research however, what I don't understand is a pressure washer license the same thing as a business license for pressure washing? Or are they two different licenses that must be obtained separately?

If you are in California, you probably need a license to blow your nose.
 
What machine is good for a beginner? Something that can be installed and detached on a mobile truck. Compact, easy to maintain and has good after sales service. I hope my question is right.

Loaded questions Depending on what you want to do. Softwash, pressure wash,Commercial or residential ?
