That is because someone has to pick up the Dodge parts on the road...

Justin is in Michigan and wishes he could be here to defend his poor Dodge. :)

Dodge is king, mine goes bye bye soon, and will get another one. I have beat the crap out of mine and it still runs strong, minus a clunk or tink here and there, oh well it's a lease.

Funny how that trailer was for sale on ebay at that price and sold, only to be relisted for more money and not sell.

Mr Alan,

The first auction some non-paying bidder bid on it and ebay was having difficulties with their servers which did not allow a person to refresh and snipe the bid.

That trailer cost more than $10,500 to build and I'm taking a loss on it. I just wanted to take a little less of a loss by increasing the lowest bid amount. Is there something wrong with wanting to decrease losses? Besides I have to pay more every time I list and the costs associated with dealing with non-paying bidders increases profitablility also.

Do the math and you'll see, I'm not making money on this trailer.

Hope that answers any questions you had.

>>> and those ripping on the dodge... well I spent some time ripping on it myself but it's turning out to be a decent truck. There are a lot of things I don't like about it but then again that cummins engine seems to be a good choice. I've had the international in a ford and now this cummins. If they could just take the cummins and put it in the ford, then they'd be in business.. right!

The dodge is ok. Ah heck, they are just trucks. Drag the trailers down the road and all is well.

I'll tell you guys, I've had em all over the years. They all have good and bad points. Currently I have a 2000 Ford Econoline. Great little van. Gets 21 m.p.g. consistantly, V/6 gas. I also have a 2001 Dodge Ram quad cab. Real nice truck but I liked my 1999 model better.
I personally think the best truck is the one you can get the best deal on. None of them are worth what is being asked for them. If Dodge would use the Allison transmission behind the Cummins engine, it would be a pretty good combination.
Thanks,
Bob Warfield
